InputDeals is a participation-driven commerce platform where users engage in activities, earn PIV (Participation Is Value), receive credits, and collectively discover better prices on real products through community participation.

The platform combines rewarded activities, price discovery, and partner campaigns into a single participation ecosystem.

By using InputDeals, you agree to:

• —these Terms of Service;
• —our Privacy Policy;
• —all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the platform.

Users agree to:

• —provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• —maintain the confidentiality of their account;
• —immediately report unauthorized access.

InputDeals may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

InputDeals offers various participation activities, including but not limited to:

• —rewarded videos;
• —surveys;
• —quizzes;
• —referrals;
• —community activities;
• —AI-powered experiences;
• —brand campaigns;
• —promotional events.

Some activities are provided by third-party partners.

Completion of an activity does not automatically guarantee a reward until it has been successfully validated.

PIV is InputDeals' participation reward.

PIV:

• —recognizes meaningful participation;
• —has no monetary value;
• —is not legal tender;
• —is not a cryptocurrency;
• —cannot be exchanged for cash;
• —cannot be transferred outside the platform unless explicitly supported by InputDeals.

InputDeals reserves the right to adjust, revoke or deny PIV rewards if fraudulent activity or invalid completion is detected.

Credits are platform units used to reveal product prices.

Unless otherwise specified:

• —1 Credit = 1 Reveal.
• —Credits may be purchased or earned through eligible participation.
• —Credits have no monetary value outside InputDeals.
• —Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

InputDeals uses a community-driven price discovery system.

Users collectively reveal and reduce product prices.

Displayed prices:

• —are dynamic;
• —may change before a deal is secured;
• —represent the current marketplace state at the moment they are displayed.

Users may reserve a product at the displayed price.

Reservation:

• —locks the current price;
• —remains valid only during the displayed reservation period;
• —automatically expires if payment is not completed.

Repeated abuse of reservations may result in temporary restrictions.

Purchases are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

InputDeals reserves the right to:

• —reject fraudulent transactions;
• —cancel incomplete purchases;
• —refuse orders that violate these Terms.

Certain activities are delivered by third-party providers.

These providers may independently verify activity completion before rewards are granted.

InputDeals is not responsible for:

• —provider availability;
• —provider technical issues;
• —changes to third-party offers;
• —provider eligibility decisions.

Unless stated otherwise:

• —all products are new and authentic;
• —product information is supplied by InputDeals or its partners.

Shipping and fulfillment may be performed by:

• —InputDeals;
• —suppliers;
• —marketplace partners;
• —participating brands.

Delivery times may vary depending on the fulfillment provider.

Physical products are subject to the return policy presented during purchase.

Credits and PIV are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Users may not:

• —use bots or automation;
• —exploit platform mechanics;
• —manipulate activity completion;
• —create multiple accounts for abuse;
• —submit false information;
• —interfere with platform operation.

Violation of these rules may result in:

• —loss of PIV;
• —loss of credits;
• —account suspension;
• —permanent account termination.

InputDeals may operate in:

• —beta;
• —early access;
• —limited release;
• —testing environments.

Features, activities, campaigns and rewards may change without prior notice.

Maintenance periods may temporarily interrupt service.

All platform content, software, trademarks, branding, graphics and technology are the property of InputDeals or their respective owners.

Users may not reproduce, copy or distribute platform content without written permission.

InputDeals is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InputDeals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

InputDeals may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
